Who qualifies for this service?

Any business who is looking to outsource its marketing services qualifies for this.

How is this different from a social media management package or web maintenance package?

With this subscription, you may choose from a variety of marketing services as needed, whereas the social media management and website maintenance package are specific in what services are provided each month.

What is the average turnaround time for a project?
Depending on your plan, small or medium-sized projects will be completed within an average of 1-4 business days. Larger projects may take longer, but it entirely depends on the scope of the project.
How do I request a project?
You will be able to use our work order request form where you can conveniently add all relevant information.
Is there a project limit per month?
No. You may request as many projects as you need, within realistic constraints of the time it takes our team to develop them.
What if I have an urgent project coming up while the Light Alive team is working on a different project for me?
We can add urgent projects to your queue at any time for an additional fee.
Who works on my projects?
All aspects of your projects are handled by our local, in-house creative team.
What are Light Alive’s business hours?
Our team works Monday – Friday from 9 am – 5 pm, closed for lunch from noon-1 pm and on weekends.
What does the private Slack channel do for me?
With the private Slack channel, you can directly communicate with our team during business hours. That way we eliminate email traffic and you can ask questions or we can easily have conversations about your projects!
What happens if I need to cancel?

Is there a contract for a specific length?
Yes. There is a minimum of a three-month commitment to these plans. After the term has expired, you may renew for another three months (or more) or the subscription will switch to a month-to-month agreement.
Is there anything it doesn’t include?

Yes. While we want to provide as many types of services as we can under this plan, there are some projects that will need to be quoted individually and do not fall under this subscription.

Some of these services not included are:

  • Video production (shooting or advanced editing)
  • Advertising Setup (Google, digital ads, except for creative design)
  • SEO services (offered as an add-on)
  • Custom website design
  • Setup of social media accounts/pages
  • Google business management
  • Branding/brand strategy
  • 3D illustrations
  • Software development
  • Interactive web applications (except contact forms)
  • Elaborate marketing strategies
How do I sign up?
After our discovery call, we will send you a link where you can securely subscribe to the services.
Do I still need a website maintenance plan if I’m subscribed?
No, if you are subscribed to on-demand services, you do not need a separate subscription for website maintenance, as it is included in these plans.
