How our subscriptions work
Our web hosting services are based on an annual subscription

- Services begin when subscription is activated and initial payment is received.
- The subscription includes one standard domain + domain privacy, as well as the SSL certificate for one year.
- Additional domains may be added to the account through the subscriber portal. Please contact Light Alive Marketing for assistance.
- Services will be provided through a third party, our service provider Hostinger. All hosting terms and conditions may be found HERE and by entering the subscription the subscriber agrees to all terms listed.
- The subscriber authorizes Light Alive Marketing to charge the payment method provided on file with the subscription to set up automatic annual renewal for their account.
- The subscriber will receive a receipt for the paid renewal upon payment and a reminder around 30 days prior to the renewal.
- Hosting plans, as well as domain fees, are purchased on an annual subscription. Subscriptions may be cancelled free of charge within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, the fee becomes non-refundable.
- The subscriber understands that in the case in which they wish to allow the account to expire, they must notify Light Alive Marketing at least 30 days prior to the expiration date and cancelling their subscription.
- The subscriber understands that if their payment method expires or is declined, their website may be affected and may experience downtime. Light Alive Marketing is not responsible for any downtime this may cause and may help restore the account for an administrative fee.
- Payment information may be updated through the subscription portal. (You will gain access after subscribing)
- The subscriber agrees to all terms and conditions provided by the third-party hosting provider and understands that Light Alive Marketing is not responsible for any hosting issues, downtime of servers, or other issues that may be directly related to the hosting services provided.
