Social Media Management General Terms and Conditions

All of our social media management packages are subject to the following terms:

• All social media content will be prepared ahead of the upcoming month. Client MUST sign off on all content and graphics through our proofing system before content is published.
• This proposal allows for ONE (1) revision of content per month.
• Payment is due at the beginning of each monthly cycle.
• Payment must be set up for automatic withdrawal by credit/debit card.
• If payment is not received 5 days after it becomes due, all services will be discontinued until payment is received.
• The agreement is based on a month-to-month term.
• Adjustments to packages or cancellation of service must happen with 30 days notice, since all content is prepared ahead of time. If cancellation is requested mid-month, fees for all content already prepared will become due immediately.
• Your payment term is unlimited and will be renewed monthly unless termination is requested by the client at least 30 days prior to when the desired termination date goes into effect.
• Rates are subject to change based on client needs and demands. Extensive design requests involving detailed photoshop montaging or photo manipulations will require an additional design charge in addition to the selected package. If a client chooses to add additional platforms with specific requirements for new platform posting regulations, additional charges may apply.
• Light Alive Marketing does not guarantee a specific number of likes, shares or other interactions or engagements on any social media platform. However, the team will use its expertise and experience to create high quality content that follows trends and complies with the platforms’ algorithms to achieve the maximum amount of engagement.

Video Reel Terms

• If videos are client-provided, the Light Alive team will advise client if quality of footage is not sufficient for social media.
• Each reel comes with up to ONE revision of content, animations, images, or other.
• Additional revisions will incur additional cost.
• Reels will be posted to reels/stories across existing social media platforms
• Reels may be created upon demand for other purposes for $75 each
• Additional or spontaneous visits at your location for events and/or for other promotions are available at an additional fee and at least 24 hours notice (based on our team’s availability)
• This fee covers an average reel with a set of 2-4 animated elements and background music.
• Elaborate reels/videos may incur additional fees.
• Video reels will be worked into the regular social media queue and will be approved via the usual process before posting.
• Video reels will not exceed 15 seconds in length.
• On-demand video reel request must be submitted via work order request form (on our website under “contact” and must allow at least 1 full business day for development.
• All rates are subject to change due to changing complexity of social media algorithms. You will be informed in writing of any rate changes.
